Thematic Photography: Closeup

Carmi has come up with another gem of a theme, Closeup. Here are my first offerings:

Flowers always make beautiful, sensual closeups.

This photo was taken at the Mast General Store. I love to close in on containers of things.

A few days after this photo was taken, a sport fishing boat spilled many, many gallons of fuel into the water around the marina. Haven't seen one of these guys since.

And the last for today, a closeup of the computer desk.

Stay tuned - I'll have more tomorrow.

Well, I am a flower fanatic, so the 1st photo works for me! :) I like the tool pile-up especially that little John Deer tractor...

haha, that wee guy looks like he's auditioning for a musical.... so cute, I hope you get a chance to see him again...

is your computer desk in a bit of a clutter like mine... :) I bet not!

Great closeups mamie, I enjoyed.

Wow! Love all of the closeup shots. My favorites are the frog (sorry to hear about the spill) and the container with toys. Well done!

Carol and {I}post, we haven't seen the frogs again and it's been two years. They used to fill the air with sound at night, and the otters played underneath the dock making their strange noises. Now all we hear are the sport fisherman and their girlfriends singing to Jimmy Buffet...alas.

I love the John D's. I thought they were Xmas ornaments. I am so sorry you had to trade froggies for drunk chicks that sound like frogs.
